A No hidden costs. Charges are strictly as follows:
professional fee €1,813.79 (€1,499 plus VAT) together with necessary
outlay. Your HBHS Solicitor will go through these in detail at your
initial meeting.
Q What
services are covered with this offer?
A All the normal legal
services involved in buying, selling or re-mortgaging residential
property. Any non-standard additional services may be subject to an
additional cost and these should be discussed with your HBHS
Solicitor.
Q Do I have to pay Stamp
Duty?
A The payment of stamp duty depends on the value of the
property and status of the purchaser. Click

Q When
do I need to pay the deposit?
A The Auctioneer usually
requires a booking deposit of up to 5% at the time of agreeing the
sale. The contract deposit is due upon signing of the
contracts.
Q How much is the contract
deposit?
A This is provided for in the contract. Generally, the
balance of 10% is required.
Q How
do I check that my solicitor is registered?
A All Solicitors within the
Home Buy Home Sell network are registered members of the Law Society
of Ireland.
Q If I
buy a house with a friend, whose name will the house be
in?
A This is for the client to instruct subject to mortgage
conditions.
